- Jargon Jail: Avoid terms like 'data lineage' or 'schema drift' with non-tech stakeholders. Say 'the source changed' or 'the numbers aren't matching up.'
- Perfect Postmortems: Don't wait for a full, polished report. A quick 'what broke, why, and the one thing we'll change' is 10x more valuable.
