Mission 5: Channel & Budget Plan
Problem: Execution is drifting; Noor must choose channels and budget with a measurable 30-day plan.
Outcome: 30-day channel plan + budget + success metrics
Mission 6: Sales Enablement Pack
Problem: Sales and marketing drift; Noor must ship a shared enablement kit to keep the pitch consistent.
Outcome: Sales enablement kit (pitch + objections + discovery)
Module 3
Mission 7: Activation Path
Problem: A strong story isn't enough; Noor must ensure early activation matches the promise.
Outcome: Activation path (Day 0–7) + activation event
Mission 8: Launch Scoreboard
Problem: Without discipline, execution drifts; Noor must define a launch scoreboard and cadence.
Outcome: Launch scoreboard + weekly review agenda
Mission 9: Exec Alignment Brief
Problem: To prevent thrash, Noor must ship an exec brief that locks the story and the operating cadence.
